My name is Iwona Piekarek.

I am a visual artist and educator working at the intersection of art, inner reflection, and human authenticity.
My creative path is rooted in a deep curiosity about the inner world — emotions, identity, and the courage it takes to live truthfully.

I am a laureate of the “100 Artworks from Emerging Artists – 2023 Women’s Edition” organized by the Arts to Hearts Project in collaboration with the Milan Art Institute.

Through painting and words, I create spaces that invite pause, presence, and honest self-encounter.
My work is not about giving answers — it is about opening a dialogue with oneself.

I believe that authenticity is not something we perform, but something we remember.
Art, for me, is a bridge — between what we show and what we truly feel, between who we are and who we are becoming.

Jestem artystką wizualną i edukatorką, pracującą na styku sztuki, refleksji i autentycznego kontaktu z samym sobą.
Moja droga twórcza wyrasta z głębokiej ciekawości ludzkiego wnętrza — emocji, tożsamości i odwagi, by żyć w zgodzie ze sobą.

Jestem laureatką konkursu „100 artworks from emerging artists – 2023 Women’s Edition”, organizowanego przez Arts to Hearts Project we współpracy z Milan Art Institute.

Poprzez obrazy i słowa tworzę przestrzeń do zatrzymania się, uważności i szczerego spotkania ze sobą.
Nie oferuję gotowych odpowiedzi — zapraszam do własnego procesu.

Wierzę, że autentyczność nie jest czymś, co trzeba stworzyć, lecz czymś, co można sobie przypomnieć.
Sztuka jest dla mnie mostem — między tym, co widoczne, a tym, co prawdziwe.
